Mould Production department:  imported Sodick, +GF+, Hartford, 6 sets of CNC, 6 sets of imported Sodick and precision EDM, 2sets of imported Sodick wire-cut, 5 sets of universal miller,5 sets of precision grinder, Radial drilling machine, Lathe, and peripheral equipment. To ensure quality with 3D and 2.5D test mainly manufactures exported mould, automotive interior and exterior mould, electronics and electrical appliance mould, medical and beauty products mould. Injection Moulding Department: 20 sets of 80-250t Injection molding could produce products with various precise size and appearance requirements. Providing specialized examination personnel and precisely manufacturing process, measuring tolls, such as imported 3D,2.5D detection,tubing and mil-scale, for quality testing, that could actively cooperate with customer’s manufacturing and quality test process and meet customer’s requirements of production and quality.
